This four-week four day Upper/Lower training split maximizes hypertrophy. Training muscle groups more than once per week is important for maximizing gains in muscle mass. This program is splitting your body in halves where you will have, lower body and upper body sessions twice a week and reach the goal of putting on more pounds of muscle after the four weeks is over.
