The push/pull/legs split is a training method in which you split your body into three parts. The “pull” workout where you train all the upper body pulling muscles, the “push” workout where you train all the upper body pushing muscles, and the “legs” workout where you train the entire lower body. Because this is a 6-day training split, the goal of this program is to aim for maximum muscle growth.
